Ballenberg

I love to go the open-air museum Ballenberg. It's about a 45 min drive from our home. That why I like to try to go there at least once every year. It doesn't feel like you are walking through a museum, it's more like a beautiful town and I am not kidding about it being beautiful! Every where you walk and every corner you turn there is a georgous new scenery.

My kids love it aswell. With all the many farm animals around, houses they may enter, things to play with, icecream, ... they never have a dull moment.

At the end of the day, when we were going towards the exit, Mellie and Martin saw the coach with horses. They were so excited that we decided to go on a coachride through the park! It took about half an hour but the kids thought that it was still to short! They would have love it to go on forever. Back at the coachstation, Mellie and Martin said their goodbye 's to the horses and to Ballenberg. Needless to say that the evening it was pretty quiet in our home. The kids where probably dreaming about their beautiful day.

Gampelen

This weekend we made a campertrip to Gampelen. I always love to go there because it's such a perfect place for the kids. On this camping they most importantly have their cousins to play with and there is so much to do for small kids like, a playground, small pool, a great lake where they can swim or ride a boat, kids disco at night, and the list goes on and on....
Hopefully when the weather is nice we'll be able to go again next weekend.

On a beautiful evening in St. Anton.

Saturday evening we found this beautiful little town St. Anton. Located on top of a big hill, where you can overlook the Rijnvalley on the one side and the Bodenvalley on the other. On top of that, there was a beautiful evening sun out! All the right ingredients for some great pictures! This one of Mellie is one of my favourites.

My two little captains

The first attraction in Connyland that my kids couldn't resist were these little boats. Not sure why Martin liked it because he was to short to look over the
steeringwheel! LOL

Food Photo challenge

Last weekend we went on a campertrip. It was a lot of fun driving through the beautiful swiss countryside. I was so happy that I had my camera with me because I was lucky to make some really great pictures of my kids. With this weeks challenge in mind, this was the first campertrip where I have photographed our dinner :)
